Minutes of 2024 Annual Meeting (Mike R.)
- Minutes of the 2024 meeting were presented for review by attendees. Minutes were approved by the Board previously.
President’s Report (Corey M.)
- Provided an update on the status of Donna’s transition to employee status. Close to having an agreement in place.
- Reported that the September Board meeting is cancelled in lieu of the Annual meeting to be held on the same date.
- Requested assistance in recruiting Board candidates for the upcoming election.
Treasurer’s Report (Tony K. / Wes L.)
- Presented Budget vs. Actual expenditures for FY2025.
- Discussed transition to more accurate reporting via better financial data collection and improvements to financial software.
- Reported on transition issues resolved and remaining to be resolved.

Bargaining Report (Tony)
- Provided an update on progress in bargaining, including healthcare negotiations.
Labor Relations (Tony)
- Provided an update on the status of ongoing grievance activities.
- Discussed recent MMB policy change on reimbursement of Notary License fees.
2025 Board Elections (Corey)
- Provided an update on open Board and Officer positions for this year’s upcoming elections.
- Encouraged attendees and others they may know to consider serving on the Board.
