MGEC Representatives

MGEC is an organization made possible by the support of its members. MGEC leadership places a high value on its relationship with the people it represents. To improve and maintain the union relationship between members, MGEC is developing key people to facilitate member participation within MGEC. Those key people have been asked to be a first contact between MGEC and new hires as well as existing employees; to facilitate worksite meetings of MGEC members; to assist in communication, problem identification and to be a referral source to employees, MGEC board leaders and staff.
