Executive Director’s Report (Tony K.)

1. Provided an update on 3 current grievances.
2. Ethics training is set for March 4^th from noon to 2pm.
3. We have a new tenant in the lower level of the office building.
4. The upper conference room in the office building is rented now as well.
5. Our building rents are reported to be about 30% below market. We will look to increase rents with new lease agreement to a level about 5-10% below market.
6. Reported on leave balances for Tony and Donna.

Finance Committee (Tony K.)

1. Provide present account balances and building value.
2. Presented and discussed profit and loss statement for January. Another positive cash flow month.

Membership Committee (Mike R.)

1. Worksite flyer has been put together by the Committee. Will be sent to representatives soon.

Healthcare (Blake N.)

1. The coalition met at a new IFO Building on Rice Street in St. Paul near the Capital on February 17^th.
2. 163 Employees had a deduction error on February paychecks. Employees have been contacted.
3. A random sample of 4,700 of roughly 56,000 employees will be surveyed on healthcare issues.
4. Discussed increasing use of GLP-1 drugs and their cost.

Membership (Donna B.)

1. Presented and discussed latest membership data.
2. Looking to set annual meeting date in September and requested Board members to advise of any date conflicts.

1. Bill reported that a past MAPE President is under investigation.
2. Blake reported that MnDOT has issued a guidance letter on ICE visits.
