Employees should have received backpay for periods from 7/1/21 – 6/30/22 and 7/1/22 through the pay period ending 10-25-22. In some cases, employees believe they have found errors in the amount of backpay. In those instances, the employee should contact their payroll staff to address the error. Often, it’s resolved at that level. If there continues to be a discrepancy, contact MGEC for a second opinion or for support in addressing the issue further.
