MGEC Executive Board Meeting

Monthly Executive Board Meeting, for Executive Officers and Directors.

May board meeting is closed to discuss personnel matters.

In order to allow for effective MGEC Executive Board Meetings, MGEC has the following guidelines for those who participate in Executive Board meetings as a non-Board member.

1. Non-Board member meeting participants are asked to identify yourself when you join the meeting.
2. Non-Board members are asked to remain muted at all times unless you are asked to speak by the President or Executive Director.
3. Requests to speak should be made to the President or Executive Director, preferably before the meeting.
4. Participants who do not follow these guidelines may be removed from the meeting at the discretion of the President and/or Executive Director.
