Did you know MGEC has a number of folks who have stepped into leadership positions as MGEC Worksite Representatives? If you have any questions that are specific to your works location, reaching out to your Representative is a good place to start.
MGEC Representatives field questions, as above. They also work with MGEC staff to coordinate inquiries, set up MGEC lunch events, and act as the face of the organization in that work area. New employees also are likely to interact with MGEC Representatives first, and we want our Representatives to introduce themselves to new employees. MGEC Representatives also work with our Membership staff to make sure new employees know what MGEC does. THANK YOU to those who’ve stepped into this vital role.
As our seasoned Representatives retire or leave state service, we’re always looking for the next generation to help keep us strong. We especially need help in MnDOT’s St Paul area. If you’re interested in this role, please reach out to MGEC staff or board members.
